The full Intensive offers 3 x 90 minute classes/week combining heating core drills, rigorous asana, calming japa (chanting), and powerful breathwork.
This combination of practices is intended to rapidly foster changes in state and condition of the body. These are ancient, time tested practices that work from the physical to the subtle levels of the body with the intention awakening the Shakti Kundalini primal life force.
